Property & Facilities
Property & facilities operators
Owners, managers, and facilities teams running single buildings or multi-location portfolios: capital projects, space and work-order programs, building systems, and the supplies that keep places operating.
Public Sector
Government agencies & primes
Federal agencies, Florida state & local buyers, and the prime contractors who serve them. PrimeX is registered and active in SAM.gov — registration data, NAICS codes, and our capability statement are in the Government Contracting section.
What we do
Five lines of work. One standard of delivery.
Project management leads — it is the discipline behind everything else we do. Implementation and conversion support is included where a project involves a system change.
01
Program & Project Management Flagship
Structured delivery for technology and operations initiatives: scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholders managed in the open, with reporting leadership can act on.
Led by a civil engineer (B.S., 2013) with OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety training and experience on both sides of the contract — overseeing construction programs for owners and delivering work as a general contractor. Scopes, budgets, and quality are judged by someone who has built.
Construction project management & owner’s-representative oversight
Quality, budget & schedule control against approved plans
Scopes of work, estimates & contractor coordination
Punch lists, inspections & project close-out
03
Facilities & Capital Projects
Facilities program experience at portfolio scale — space planning, capital and operating project budgets, lease and work-order administration, and building-system implementations across multi-location portfolios.
CapEx & OpEx project budgeting & cost reporting
Space planning & AutoCAD drawing updates
Work-order & vendor service coordination
Moves, occupancy inspections & close-out
04
Product Supply & Procurement
Products, materials, and equipment for businesses, institutions, and facilities — construction and facilities materials, safety and maintenance supplies, and technology equipment — sourced through an established network of U.S. suppliers, coordinated with an experienced teaming partner, quoted honestly and delivered on schedule.
Product sourcing & competitive quoting
Materials & equipment supply for facilities and job sites
Order tracking & delivery coordination
Small orders & recurring supply programs
05
Security & Technology Systems Installation
Installation and rollout of the systems buildings run on — planned and managed by PrimeX and executed with an experienced technology teaming partner with over a decade in business. The partner has delivered technology deployments for major enterprises and public institutions abroad and brings established relationships with leading global manufacturers. PrimeX adds its own grounding: facilities-system (CAFM) implementation leadership and cross-functional projects alongside security, facilities, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Video security & CCTV — cameras, recording & remote viewing
Access control & alarm systems — doors, credentials & intrusion detection
Structured cabling — copper & fiber-optic runs
LAN & wireless networks — switching, routing & Wi-Fi
Unified communications — VoIP telephony & video conferencing
Managed IT & monitoring — server / virtualization support & 24/7 NOC monitoring
Site surveys, installation planning & scheduling
Testing, handover & user orientation

Equipment is specified to the requirement and to the compliance standards that apply to the project.
Construction & engineering — plan review and oversight on active sites, led by a civil engineer.

How we work
From kickoff to close-out, in the open
Every engagement follows the same four stages, scaled to its size — a managed project, a construction job, a supply order, or a system installation. You always know the stage, what is due next, and who owns it.
01
Plan
Scope, timeline, roles, risks, and success measures agreed up front — in writing, before work begins.
→
02
Manage & Deliver
Work tracked against the plan — schedule, budget, risks, and issues managed in the open. Products sourced and confirmed; site work and installations coordinated day by day.
→
03
Install & Launch
Delivery completed against clear readiness criteria: materials on site, systems installed and tested, punch items cleared — and a rehearsed cutover when the project includes a system go-live.
→
04
Close & Support
Handover documented, users oriented, warranties and paperwork in order — and support that stays after delivery.
Status in the open: plans, milestones, and issues reviewed with stakeholders on a regular cadence.
Every PrimeX engagement starts with a direct conversation with the owner — and stays that way.
About PrimeX
An owner-led firm, on purpose
PrimeX Enterprise Solutions LLC is an Orlando, Florida company built around a simple idea: the person who plans your project should be accountable for delivering it. The firm is led by a civil engineer and project manager — careful planning, honest status, controlled delivery, and results that hold, on construction sites, in facilities portfolios, and in system rollouts alike.
Our work spans the full life of a project: program and project management, construction and engineering oversight, facilities and capital programs, product sourcing and supply, and security and technology systems installation. Delivery is supported by an established technology teaming partner — 10+ years in business, with deployments for major enterprises and public institutions abroad — and a network of U.S. suppliers.
The firm is deliberately small and owner-led. That is a choice, not a limitation — it keeps accountability personal and overhead low. When you hire PrimeX, you work directly with the owner: no hand-offs to junior staff, and no layers between you and the decision maker.
B.S. Civil Engineering (2013) and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety (2020) — construction and facilities work judged by someone trained to build it.
Direct access, fast answers
Small and owner-led: one call reaches the decision maker. Low overhead, quick turnaround, no ticket queues.
Based in Central Florida
Orlando-based and on site when it counts — across Florida, and remote-capable for project delivery anywhere.
Government contracting
Government Contracting
PrimeX also serves public-sector buyers: federal agencies and Florida state & local governments directly, and prime contractors as a teaming partner and subcontractor. The firm is registered and active in SAM.gov (activated July 29, 2026). Everything a contracting office needs for a vendor file — registration data, NAICS codes, and the capability statement — is collected in this section.

Codes are grouped by line of work and matched to our service lines. If your requirement uses a different code, ask — scope fit matters more to us than code matching.
NDAA Section 889 compliance: for covered federal work, equipment is specified to comply with Section 889 of the FY2019 National Defense Authorization Act — PrimeX does not supply or install covered telecommunications or video-surveillance equipment from prohibited sources.
Teaming & subcontracting
Primes: if your capture needs a SAM-registered small business with senior project-management depth, a civil engineer for construction and facilities work, or a partner who can source products and execute security and technology installations through an established supplier and teaming network — PrimeX is ready to team. Our installation partner adds over a decade of technology delivery, including deployments for government ministries and major enterprises abroad, and manufacturer relationships across security, networking, power, and cabling. Let’s talk before the RFP drops, not after.
Yes — teaming and subcontracting are a core path for us, across project management, construction and engineering support, product supply, and systems installation. Reach out early in capture so we can support staffing plans and data calls properly.
Construction project management and owner’s-representative oversight, quality / budget / schedule control, scopes and estimates, contractor coordination, and facilities and capital project support. The work is led by a civil engineer and project manager (B.S. Civil Engineering, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety), and we scope each requirement to what we can deliver directly or with established teaming partners.
Yes — product supply is one of our five lines of work: construction and facilities materials, safety and maintenance supplies, and technology equipment for businesses, institutions, facilities, and agencies. We source through an established network of U.S. suppliers, coordinated with an experienced teaming partner company, and we quote only what we can deliver on schedule. Send us your requirement or item list and we will respond with sourcing and pricing.
Yes. PrimeX plans and manages installation of video security and CCTV, access control, and alarm systems — plus the infrastructure behind them: structured cabling (copper and fiber), LAN and wireless networks, network security, critical power (UPS, PDU, and surge protection) and cooling, and unified communications (VoIP and video conferencing). The work is executed with an experienced technology teaming partner with 10+ years in business, manufacturer relationships including Cisco / Meraki, Axis, Fortinet, and Panduit, and a track record of deployments for major enterprises and public institutions abroad — that record is our partner’s, offered as teaming experience. Site survey, installation, testing, and handover are included.
As a new firm, PrimeX claims no long company track record yet — and we state that plainly rather than dress up someone else’s record. What we bring is senior, owner-led delivery across construction oversight, general contracting, facilities and capital programs, and system implementations, plus established teaming and supplier partners for supply and installation work.
We are based in Orlando, Florida, and work across Florida and beyond. Most delivery is remote-capable, with travel arranged where the work requires being on site — kickoffs, testing, and go-lives especially.
